Very nice hotel excellent location and lovely staff
We stayed here for 3 nights on arrival the room we had was very small and cold however the lovely staff moved us to a Superior Kingsize room free of charge. Room Was nice and clean very modern Tea and Coffee facilities and a wee fridge very handy.
Location of the hotel is excellent 10/15 minute walk back to the busy areas. Plenty of places to eat and drink near hotel.
Only downside was people outside our room smoking which was a bit smelly and quite loud otherwise couldn’t hear trams or cars

I stayed in a Superior King. The room was amazing i slept through till the morning and could have stayed in bed all day. The staff in the hotel make it extra special. I went to the Zoo Opposite on Christmas Morning. The tram links are great also. Straight from the train station.
No lobby no bar no restaurant
The hotel is very nice! Great breakfast, down side no bay nor lobby area no restaurant...the bed was terrible and very little lighting in the room, but overall a nice hotel :-) I liked the hotel but would only stay again if they had a bar/lobby area that was open...
