A nice couple of days away

The hotel is in a nice location and is an ideal stay for a few days away. We booked a small double room and it was small, but we expected that. Bathroom was a little dark and had no ventliation. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location!

Very clean and welcoming hotel who were able to store our bags prior to check-in. Also perfect location not too far from the city and right next to the zoo! Only issue being that the rooms can be quite loud if others are inconsiderate due to the walls being very thin.

First time in Amsterdam

Hotel is lovely, great location, breakfast buffet is really nice, staff are friendly. First time in Amsterdam and we really enjoyed it. Get a travel ticket, you can travel on all of the public transportation for €10 a day, really worth it. We also brought a go city pass, it has free unlimited entry into a lot of museums & attractions, download the app and buy the pass 100%

Perfect location with a lovely restaurant

The hotel staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was friendly. They were quick to respond to our request for fresh towels during our three night stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had all we needed. We would prefer proper cups not take out ones for our Nespresso coffee. Breakfast was tasty although the same selection everyday. But must express we had more than enough fresh food. Boiled eggs were particularly good along with the coffee. On our last night the restaurant was open and we are only sorry we didn’t get to eat there. However, we went in for a drink and were able to have an impromptu cheese board that was amazing. Complemented with fine wine and cheeky white port. So lovely again by the staff working in there. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Couples weekend away

Great hotel, very clean and tidy at all times. Room was good but on the small size compared to our friends room. Shower/ bathroom was the same with the toilet wedged in the corner. Reception staff were always friendly and helped with directions . It is a good walk from here to the centre but is not far by tram.
