Hemos pasado buena estancia y el desayuno muy bien y completo, Lo único que los primeros días nos faltó cambio de toallas por lo demás todo genial. Muy contentos con el lugar cerca de todo y completo. Vía del tram cerca. El personal del hotel muy agradable y atento.

Great hotel!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a 3 night trip from the UK in one of the superior suites and we could not fault our stay! All of the staff were so friendly and were available to help with anything that we needed. The hotel is also in a great location, about at 20 minute walk to the centre. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would recommend staying here :)

Good times in the DAM!

The hotel is in a great art of Amsterdam to get about, out the door and along the street a tram service takes you in either direction to get you round this beautiful city, the hotel itself is clean tidy and the staff cannot do enough for you, very hospitable. The rooms themselves self very spacious and clean and tidy and good to accommodate all of us on our trip. Only down side the bed, the mattress, it has what we call a topper on the top of the mattress n base, need to re think this as it slides all over if you are in the single beds, the sheet they put on should be tucked under the whole mattress not just the topper. That is the only down side I would have for this hotel :-(

ottimo hotel

primo viaggio da famiglia allargata..eravamo in 6 ,abbiamo scelto quest hotel per la convenienza, per un hot in centro ci sarebbe voluta una fortuna…ed invece mai scelta più azzeccata. si trova nella zona artist,la fermata del tram a 30 m ,e dico 30..la prima sera siamo andati in centro a cena,le altre sere abbiamo cenato in ristoranti vicino all hotel,a nemmeno 5 minuti abbiamo cenato benissimo. il servizio è stato ottimo ,camere pulite,disponibilità massima,e …parlavano anche l italiano. in quest hotel mi è capitata una cosa mai successa prima,al momento del check out ,ad ognuno di noi è stato dato un portachiavi con lo zoccolo olandese…e’ stata una piacevolissima sorpresa.lo consiglio vivamente,per tutto..non solo per il souvenir ricevuto. ci tornerò.

Onvriendelijk personeel en lelijke en vuile kamers.

Het hotel is vrij ouderwets en heeft duidelijk een opknapbeurt nodig. De kamers zijn vrij klein. Ze worden niet schoongemaakt, alleen op aanvraag, maar dit wordt niet opgemerkt noch bij checkin of ergens. Het personeel is vrij onvriendelijk en wisselend, sommige van hen zijn niet erg behulpzaam.
